    ACT's productions of the Cornish miracle plays formed a unique and innovative community project based in west Cornwall, with large numbers of local people coming together to perform these plays from the 15th Century under the direction of a team of theatre professionals.  The plays were performed in the centre of the town of St Just in the Plen-an-Gwary (place of the play), one of only 2 surviving medieval amphitheatres in Cornwall.
