The studios, offices and workshops here are available on a relatively short-term basis while we move through the planning and development stages of our major capital re-build which we expect will start at the end of 2009. The buildings had been empty for about two years before we acquired the freehold and moved in during 2005, so we’ve done some temporary refurbishment to the existing classrooms and offices.

Please note that all tenancies are likely to be terminated when the capital scheme starts – we’ll almost certainly have to empty the buildings and we can offer no guarantees at this point that you’ll be offered a tenancy in the new scheme. There will inevitably be a gap of at least a year for the building contract; we hope that we will be able to help existing tenants to find alternative premises, but that will depend on the availability of other buildings in the area and you should take that into account if you’re giving up a space to come to Krowji.
