At the moment there are about 90 people based on site including several of Cornwall’s main sector support agencies such as Creative Skills and the County Council’s Creative Unit. We currently have about 15,000 square feet of space, but we’re part-way through a major redevelopment which will give us about four times that floor area and much improved facilities.
