At the moment there are about 110 people based on site including several of Cornwall’s main sector support initiatives such as FEAST, Carn to Cove, Creative Skills, the Cornwall Music Forum, the Cornwall Visual Arts Forum and the Cornwall Youth Music Action Zone team. We currently have about 25,000 square feet of space, but we are just starting on Phase 1 of a major redevelopment which will eventually give us about twice that floor area and much improved facilities including better broadband connectivity.
