I'm interested in the relationship between macro and microscopic and the corresponding patterns, forms and traces found in the natural world.

My painting process is organic, imitating nature's ephemeral flux; I work intuitively, responding to previous marks.

On the verge between figuration and abstraction, my aim is to communicate a sensitive, intimate view of nature's constant flux, for the paintings to be ambiguous, giving clues but not completion.
