Movement of the human form is a constant source of inspiration. I enjoy drawing quickly and instinctively and strive to capture the energy of the pose. This often informs the development of my three-dimensional work.
Further influenced by Kinetic and Minimal Art, my latest installation Balancing Contrast explores differing paces and emotional tempos through the use of metal, plastic, light, film, electronics and sound. I am now concentrating on the possibilities offered by electronics in order to create interactive art.
